It gives your team a simple way to request AI agent and automation support without hiring a full-time internal resource or starting a large consulting project.

No. PilotJoy is a service offered by RAM Solutions. We help companies work with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Microsoft 365 workflows, but PilotJoy is not owned by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Microsoft. 

Most requests are reviewed and worked on within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the request and the information provided.

Simple requests such as agent instructions, prompt improvements, testing questions, flow reviews, documentation updates, or small fixes can often move faster.

Requests that require configuration can be done via our placeholder model, or you can securely provide us with access to an isolated, non-production staging/sandbox environment. 

If a request is more complex, we will let you know and work through it one active request at a time.

After joining, we create your dedicated request board where your team can add Copilot agent, automation, and Microsoft 365 support requests.

Each request should include the goal, context, files, links, screenshots, Loom videos, access notes, or any AI-generated notes that help explain what needs to be done.

From there, RAM Solutions reviews your queue, asks clarifying questions directly on the request card when needed, and starts working through your priorities one active request at a time.

The goal is to keep the process simple, organized, and mostly asynchronous so your team does not need unnecessary meetings to get work moving.

Your requests are handled by RAM Solutions, with senior-level experience in Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Excel, VBA, Python, and enterprise automation. 

You can submit multiple requests to your queue, but RAM Solutions works on one active request at a time. This keeps the work focused, avoids confusion, and helps maintain quality. Once a request is completed, paused, or blocked by a client dependency, we move to the next priority in the queue. 

You can submit as many requests as you want to your queue. The subscription includes an unlimited request queue, but delivery happens one active request at a time. 

Common requests include Microsoft 365 Copilot agent ideas, Copilot agent blueprints, Copilot Studio improvements, prompt and instruction optimization, Power Automate workflows, Power Automate Desktop fixes, small automation enhancements, Excel automation, VBA or macro support, Python scripts for automation into PAD, and Microsoft 365 workflow improvements. 

Yes. The primary focus of this subscription is helping companies design, build, test, and improve Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and supporting automations. Depending on the request, we can help with agent blueprints, instructions, testing scenarios, knowledge source recommendations, Copilot Studio configuration, and related Power Automate workflows. 

Yes. Copilot Studio support is included. We can help with agent design, topics, instructions, actions, Power Automate integration, testing, troubleshooting, and improvements. 

Yes, within the scope of small-to-medium support requests. This can include bug fixes, maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, small bots, flow improvements, and automation enhancements. Larger PAD projects or complex enterprise automations may require a separate scope.

Not always. Some requests can be completed without direct tenant access, such as agent blueprints, prompts, instructions, testing questions, architecture guidance, documentation, and recommendations. Requests that require configuration, testing, deployment, or troubleshooting inside your environment will require the appropriate access, licenses, permissions, and approvals. 

If a request is blocked because of missing access, permissions, credentials, licenses, data, or client approvals, we may pause that request and move to the next available request in your queue. Work resumes once the required dependency is resolved. 

Yes. We can help review and structure SharePoint content so it can better support Copilot agents and automation use cases. However, access to SharePoint files, libraries, permissions, and metadata must be provided by the client when required. 

We support Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, VBA, macros, and Python when needed for automation. 

The subscription is not intended for large ERP implementations, full custom software applications, major data migrations, 24/7 support, on-site consulting, large-scale enterprise integrations, or projects that require extensive development outside the monthly subscription capacity. Those requests may require a separate quote or project scope. 

Yes, but larger requests may need to be broken into smaller phases or quoted separately. The subscription works best when requests can be handled through a focused queue. If a request is too large for the subscription model, we will let you know before moving forward. 

Requests can be submitted through the agreed request process after onboarding. This may include a shared request board, email, form, or another method agreed with your team. 

Absolutely Yes. The only constant is change!

You can reprioritize the request queue as your business needs change. RAM Solutions will work on the highest-priority active request unless it is completed, paused, or blocked. 

Yes. The monthly plan is designed to be flexible and can be paused or canceled anytime. Quarterly and annual plans follow the selected commitment period.

Longer-term plans may be available depending on your company’s needs, expected request volume, and preferred billing process.

Due to the immediate allocation of senior engineering capacity, all subscription payments are 100% final and completely non-refundable. 

Not exactly. This is designed for companies that need ongoing senior AI and automation support without hiring a full-time internal resource. For many teams, it works as an extension of their internal IT, operations, or automation team. 

This service is best suited for companies already using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio. If your company is not using the Microsoft ecosystem, we can still discuss your needs, but the subscription is primarily designed around Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and automation.

The client is responsible for providing and maintaining the required Microsoft licenses, subscriptions, environments, permissions, and access needed for each request.

RAM Solutions does not provide Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, SharePoint, or any other Microsoft licenses as part of the PilotJoy membership.

If a request requires a specific license, connector, environment, or permission, the client is responsible for making it available before implementation or testing can move forward.

RAM Solutions helps design, configure, improve, and support the requested solutions, but the client is responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving the final output before using it in production.

This is especially important for solutions involving business rules, sensitive data, approvals, compliance, financial information, HR information, customer data, or operational decisions.

We can support testing and improvements, but final business validation remains the client’s responsibility.
