PilotJoy is a service offered by RAM Solutions. For U.S. commercial, billing, and contracting purposes, PilotJoy may be operated through RAMYA Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida, United States.


RAM Solutions may also provide services through team members, contractors, or resources located in Costa Rica and other jurisdictions.


This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you visit our website, submit a request, purchase a membership, communicate with us, or use PilotJoy-related services.


By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Client Content and Business Information

As part of PilotJoy, clients may submit business information, files, screenshots, workflow details, process documentation, test data, or technical context to help RAM Solutions understand and work on a request.


This may include information related to:

  • Microsoft 365 environments
  • SharePoint content structure
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases
  • Copilot Studio agent requirements
  • Power Automate workflows
  • Power Automate Desktop issues
  • Excel files or automation logic
  • Business process documentation
  • Testing scenarios
  • Screenshots or screen recordings


Clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential employee data, financial data, health data, customer records, production credentials, or regulated information unless it is required for the request and has been approved internally by the client.

When possible, clients should provide sanitized data, sample files, screenshots, exported logic, or mock scenarios instead of live production data.


5. Microsoft Licenses, Access, and Credentials

RAM Solutions does not provide Microsoft licenses as part of the PilotJoy membership.


Clients are responsible for providing and maintaining any required Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, SharePoint, Dataverse, premium connector, or related licenses needed for their requests.


RAM Solutions does not require personal employee credentials. If access is needed, clients are responsible for providing approved access methods, permissions, service accounts, temporary access, or other access mechanisms that comply with their internal IT and security policies.


6. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Manage PilotJoy memberships
  • Create and manage client request queues
  • Review, prioritize, and support client requests
  • Communicate progress updates
  • Process payments and billing
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve website performance and user experience
  • Send service-related updates
  • Send marketing or promotional communications, where permitted
  • Detect, prevent, or address technical or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

7. Payments

If you purchase a PilotJoy membership or any RAM Solutions service, payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or another approved provider.


RAM Solutions does not store complete credit card numbers or payment card details on its own systems. Payment information is provided directly to the applicable payment processor, and the payment processor’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy and security practices.


For enterprise clients, payment may also be handled through invoice, ACH, wire transfer, or another agreed billing method.


8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
